Gym + Late Night = Sleepiness
Apparently, the studies are correct all this time.
Going to the gym before you sleep is not good for your sleep pattern.
...Worked out until 10PM-ish.
...Insomnia.
...Slept around 3AM.
...VERY sleepy at work.
Lesson learned.
